The name MMP has been associated with mechanical polishing of plastic injection mould tool and the stainless steel industry since 1987. We polish mechanically and electrochemically for many of the largest companies in the filtration, pump, valve and mould tool industries.

Their reasons for polishing stainless steel items range from enhancing its visual appearance to improving the performance and longevity of the stainless steel in the most exacting or hostile environments such as the pharmaceutical, nuclear, water treatment and desalination industries.

Electrovibe was founded out of an increasing requirement of our customers to include both mechanical and electrochemical polishing together. We therefore give our customers the ability to "one stop shop" all their metal and Stainless Steel polishing needs.

MMP have taken their injection mould tool polishing skills and applied them to the mechanical and electropolishing of stainless steel, giving our customers the knowledge that edges will remain sharp and form will be held.

Well it cannot happen here, we are one company under the same roof and the same management control. If any process needs amendment to improve the final result we are in control of both processes and responsible to you for both processes. If alterations to either process are required not only will we, and can we make those changes, but we are in the best position to make the correct amendments to achieve the results you require at the best possible speed and price.

We can provide any finish that you might require, all of our staff are trained to the highest standard in micron finishing and acid testing for martex finishing.

We have been successfully running a BS EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management system since 2002 and are currently working towards the latest ISO 9001:2008, which we should achieve by the end of 2009.
