MMP have developed a unique DRY mechanical process for the polishing of Pumpsets which does not use any animal fats, compounds or other polishing lubricants.

The benefits of this process is two fold, one is to enhance the components use within the Pharmaceutical and Food/Beverage industries and the second is that these components are hygienically superior to all other mechanically polished products. A typical finish using this process is 0.4 - 0.6µm but better than 0.1µm can be achieved followed by Electropolishing or Passivation."
